Brook

Brook provides free, confidential sexual health services for young people under 25 via a national network of Centres, and the Brook Young Peoples Information Service, which comprises a freephone Helpline (0800 0185 023), confidential on-line enquiry service and text messaging service.

Brook runs a unique network of 17 Centres across the UK. The Centres provide contraception, advice, and counselling to young people about sexual health, as well as outreach, education, and satellite services in response to local need.

Brook runs a national Young People's Information Service, which provides confidential information, support and signposting on sexual health to young people under 25. Young people can ring the freephone Helpline (0800 0185 023) or send a question through 'Ask Brook', a confidential on-line enquiry service via the Brook website. They can also get details of local services texted direct to their mobile phone.

Brook also produces a range of publications for use by health professionals, teachers, parents, youth workers and young people themselves on a broad range of sexual health issues.
