Housemates from hell

We've all had one (or more!) at some point in our lives - I've had at least two! One housemate would even have a go at me for not putting bottled water in her precious kettle! Then there was the cleaning freak who would be on my back for not washing up the minute I sat down to eat my dinner.

Poor Cristabel, who's been doing some work experience with us for a week, is having to deal with an annoying housemate at the moment - but her problem isn't with being too clean, unfortunately....

Weapons culture

With the constant reminders of violent crime in the media, we decided we should have some information behind the growing weapons culture.

The new section covers the reasons why you may decide to carry a weapon, to gangs, alternatives to violence, dealing with violent crime and the low-down on weapons law.

The articles include several pieces of audio with interviews from an expert in the field of gangs, a girl who's been involved in the making of an anti-gun and knife crime film, and someone who told me all about how you can deal with being a victim of violent crime whether you've reported it, or not.

Sexy treats!

We've had lots of fun in the run-up to Christmas putting together some brand new sexy podcasts for you all to enjoy over the festive period.

We've covered tamer things like tips about going on the pull, snogging techniques and shaking up your sex life, but also included some racier stuff like bondage for beginners, giving her good head, and giving him good hand jobs. I'm sure after hearing these, you, your partner or the lucky punter you meet under the mistletoe will certainly be in for a treat!

Making a difference

Winter is a time when we're often more conscious of wanting to help those less fortunate than ourselves, but actually plenty of people are engaged in having an impact all year round. This is certainly evident in the results of our Making a Difference Survey. Take a look for yourself.

Christmas waste

Oooh I love a good rant! Normally I'm the one editing and searching for ranters, but as it's the end of the year I thought it was about time I was let loose on the rants page.

I swear I love Christmas, but my conscience is getting the better of me and next year I will definitely make an effort to be more ethical about my gifts!
